and had children born near Bratton, Ky (Wo4-1-1) Spencer Sherman Jacobs born 1867, married (1) Oresie Ann Gillen and had three children before separating, married (2) Laura Gill; Martha Jane Jacobs married Nels Ashbury Insko;  (Wo4-1-2) Samuel Jacobs born 26 Dec. 1870, married Cora Warrick; (Wo4-1-3) Maggio Jacobs died of tuberculosis, rnarried Charles Ashcraft;  (Wo4-1-4) Effie Jacobs married Emma KidweIl, died of tuberculosis;  (Wo4-1-5) Ether Jacobs married William A. Anderson, died of tuberculosis;  (Wo4-1-5) Lyda Jacobs rnarried Walter Austin, died of tuberculosis.
